As the Polkadot parachain slot auctions are in full swing, the first Polkadot meetup in the metaverse is about to happen on December 4th.

Because of the epidemic, PolkaWorld’s Polkadot offline meetup this month will be moved to Decentraland in conjunction with Meta Live Studio, a developer studio for metaverse. It will be Polkadot’s first metaverse meetup.

PolkaWorld has also invited Polkadot ecological projects Acala, Astar, Bifrost, Litentry, Parallel, Zenlink, and Zeitgeist to meet everyone in the metaverse, and talk about their bidding plans and their plans after winning a slot. At the same time, we have prepared a wealth of REWARDS waiting for everyone to win! Let’s Party!

How to participate in the event?

1. Registration: https://events.decentraland.org/event/?id=54c171e8-5086-462a-930c-1471a030180b

2. Join the meetup in https://play.decentraland.org/?island=I91y4&position=107%2C23&realm=dg during 12 PM— 1:30 PM December 4, 2021, UTC time (using a computer) and participate in the online sharing sessions.

3. Claim PolkaWorld exclusive NFT POAP at the meetup entrance;

4. Take photos (screenshots) at the “booths” of teams you like, and post them on Twitter and tag certain accounts to be eligible for rewards (rules see below);

5. After the meetup is over, lucky participants will be randomly selected from those who tweeted their photos and tagged certain projects on Twitter (rules see below).

Event Rewards and Rules

We have prepared 10 kinds of different rewards for participators. You can choose to participate in as much of those raffles as you like:

PolkaWorld POAPs: Limited to 1000 pieces. Arrive early and claim it directly at the POAP machine near the entrance of the event site!

Note: The full name of POAP is Proof of Attendance Protocol, which is a kind of NFT badge to prove that you have participated in an event, regardless of whether the event occurs in the virtual world or in the real world. Each badge is unique, which means that the only way to earn a specific POAP is to participate in the event! PolkaWorld will release a tutorial video this week to describe how to claim the POAP.

20 KARs: Take pictures (screenshots) at the Acala “booth” , tweet your picture and @AcalaNetwork, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected, and share 20 KARs reward!

50 SDNs: Take pictures (screenshots) at Astar’s “booth” , tweet your picture and @AstarNetwork, @polkaworld_org, and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and share 50 SDNs!

30 BNC: Take pictures (screenshots) at Bifrost’s “booth” , tweet your picture and @bifrost_finance, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and share 30 BNCs!

30 ZLKs: Take pictures (screenshots) at the Zenlink “booth” , tweet your pic and @ZenlinkPro, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and share 30 ZLKs!

5 Zeitgeist NFTs: Take pictures (screenshots) at the Zeitgeist “booth” , tweet your picture and @ZeitgeistPM, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 5 lucky participants will be randomly selected and each will get 1 Zeitgeist NFT!

10 Litentry T-shirts: Take pictures (screenshots) at the Litentry “booth”, tweet your picture and @litentry, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and each will get 1 Litentry t-shirt!

10 Parallel sweaters: Take pictures (screenshots) at the Parallel “booth”, tweet your pic and @ParallelFi, @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and get 1 Parallel sweater each!

10 Polkadot sweaters: Take pictures (screenshots) at the PolkaWorld parachain video player in the center of the meetup, tweet the pic and @polkaworld_org and @metadogeNFT on Twitter. After the event, 10 lucky participants will be randomly selected and get 1 sweater each!

1. When does the meetup start?

PolkaWorld: Our event will be held on December 4th, 2021, from 12:00 PM–1:30 PM(UTC time). The staff will go online at 11:30 AM Dec. 3th to make preparations. You can go online on time at 12 PM, or you can go online in advance to stroll around the venue.

2. What should I do if I can’t open the address?
